Doorstep Portraits

Last year photographers were faced with not being able to photograph weddings, families, events and many other things that make their businesses a success. Therefore we had to think outside the box for solutions on how we could still earn some sort of income in lockdown. One of these solutions was doorstep portraits.

It was lovely to get out and be able to shoot again. I photographed some lovely families. Some which I knew and some which were new clients. It was great to meet you all and capture those memories for you in these difficult times. It was especially lovely photographing one of my Son’s pre school pals and his parents as they were due a baby. I then went back a few weeks later to photograph them once again   as a family of four.

I’m always so overwhelmed by the amount of people who put their trust in me to capture these moments. I just want to say thank you to you all. I’d also like to say thank you to everyone who follows me on social media, who comment, like and share my posts. Not forgetting of course, everyone who has booked me for their forthcoming weddings, which are going to be even more exciting when they finally happen.
