Ardencote Manor Wedding
Rachel & Adam had their engagement shoot in 2014 at the beautiful Coombe Park in Coventry. We discovered then what a lovely couple they were and we got on so well, we knew their wedding would be fab.
They had their wedding at Ardencote Manor in October (Halloween to be precise!) and it was the hottest day in October since records began so needless to say their outdoor ceremony was a dead cert! This was our second outdoor ceremony here and they are just so lovely, even if the brides have to walk quite a long way across a bridge, it all adds to the excitement! Not only that but Rachel’s sister had a little suprise for everyone when she walked down the isle with a sign which said “It should have been me!” That was definately a first for us and an obvious personal joke that had everyone falling about with laughter!
We then went on the terrace for photos and confetti and then we whisked them away for their couple photos. They had such a lovely Autumnal feel to their wedding with lots leaves, conkers and wood all over their tables, all things which were DIY so it made it so nice and personal. The one thing I love about weddings later on in the year is that we are still there when it gets dark so we did some lovely low light shots with them, and who said tennis courts can’t be romantic! Sorry to the tennis players if we put you off but we got some great shots so all is fine!
Rachel & Adam are such a great and easygoing couple, i just know we will stay in touch with them, much like most of our couples! We feel so lucky! 🙂
