Here are all our favourite photos we have taken from 2011, We haven’t done as much music this year which is a bit sad so going to try and do a bit more of that in 2012. We have photographed a fair few weddings which are mostly featured on here but have done a few portraits and events too. Hope 2012 is as exciting, it should be as we have to our own wedding to think about !
Well…Enjoy! Comments greatly appriciated!
This was a December wedding at the Birmingham Registry Office and then it was back to the house for fun and food!!
Back to the house to get warm for 5 minutes!!
We then braved the cold once more for some photos by Spitfire island…we got a few funny looks but it was totally worth it!
We then went back to the house to carry on the celebrations! First dance time!
Nicky and Matt were great, they had such an awesome day and it was great to feel part of the wedding party! Glad you liked your photos guys!
This was our first time photographing a Civil Partnership and what lovely people to meet. Russell, Mark and their family and friends were all so welcoming and we had an awesome time photographing their wedding! The wedding was at Ardencote Manor in Claverdon, it is such a beautiful venue. The day was different for us as they saw each other before the ceremony, and that doesn’t happen too often, we had a shock when we turned up and they were standing outside the venue together!
Yemisi and Akin got married at St Teresa Church in Handsworth and then had their reception at ‘The Venue’ in Dudley. It was a traditional Nigerian wedding where family had come from all over the world. What a fantastic opportunity for us to photograph! They had a beautiful colour scheme and with over 300 guests it was a challenge for us, however it was awesome and the guests made us feel so welcome!
We were lucky to have the Dudley Castle ruins to take the photos around.
And onto ‘The Venue’! Here everyone is dancing into the room introducing the Bride and Groom.
Then it’s time for the mothers to be introduced with the rest of the female family members! Such fabulous dresses!

Now it’s time for the Bride and Groom to enter the room in traditional Nigerian dress. The tradition here also is to pin money on them!
Claire and I went to school together so it was nice to photograph a familiar face! They got married at St James Church in Shirley and then the reception was at St Johns Hotel in Solihull.
We were a bit sad because we were not allowed to take any pics during the ceremony, but I shall tell you, it was beautiful!
Such a lovely day! They are both now on a year trip around the world! What a Honeymoon!! Jealous? YES!! Hope you have a good time guys! Thanks for letting us be a part of your special day.
